Due to global security uncertainty Lockforce has currently been engaged and or reengaged by a number of corporate organizations (between 8-12 participants- per batch) for Hostile Environment Awareness Training (HEAT) and High-Risk Training (HRT), by organizations from the Philippines, Germany and Japan with staff who are employed in countries of High Risk.

These organizations are committed to ensuring employee safety and well-being are at the forefront of their business objectives. The training goals concentrated on the client’s requirement for kidnap and ransom, preservation of life, active shooter, and survival awareness training. Media awareness and security driver skills enhancement instruction was also implemented within the course curriculum, with some clients assessing these as important aspects to the training in line with their Risk Profile. The training is a collaborative approach consisting of:

  • Presentations
  • Discussions
  • Case studies
  • Live scenarios (with enemy/threat elements).

The intense training is carried out over a series of days with activities aligned to the needs of all the organization’s Risk Profile when operating internationally, in countries where the security situation is fluid. HEAT ant HRT courses provide many practical benefits to attendees, and also demonstrate the organization places staff and executive safety and welfare at the forefront of its business objectives.
