On the Water – Maritime Security Services

A long-standing client has again requested Lockforce to provide Maritime Security services for the transit through high-risk waters. The transit required Lockforce to do a Risk Assessment of potential threat sources, Route Card analysis to identify the specific areas of criticality for the Transit and Vessel Process Review to identify any areas of vulnerability for both the vessel and crew members.

Crew security training and vessel drills also formed an important aspect ensuring all the vessel security plans and procedures aligned to the threat environment. The Lockforce security team was aboard and operated seamlessly as a part of the ship’s crew.

Have your Management System developed to meet ISO requirements and gain that competitive edge!

With the Mining Industry still pushing ahead it’s important to either achieve compliance or maintain your current compliance with ISO’s 9001, 14001 and 45001.

Many businesses have adapted to the changes within their operational environment, and streamlined the way they do business by updating their Management System.  Businesses have had to refine their processes to keep operational and also to accommodate staff working from home, reduction in employees and contractors and even adopting new capabilities and services.

In order to achieve compliance, your Management System documentation must be updated to reflect what you are now doing to protect your business and remain compliant.

Security Services Philippines

Since 2011, Lockforce has continued to provide a range of Security Services to various industries within the Philippines. Client approaches to Lockforce are increasing due to companies realizing the importance of guard force capability, accountability, compliance with the client’s contract, and compliance with Government regulations.

The current global pandemic has highlighted the shortfall in some Security Providers not complying with Government regulations. Those security providers are required to pay such contributions as SSS, PhilHealth and PAGIBIG. This non-compliance has left their employees out in the “cold” when it comes to Government aid. Not only is this illegal, but it also impacts the client’s reputation and can lead to labor claims against you; the Company.

A number of companies have approached Lockforce to take over and “manage” the guard force, with the capability extending throughout the Philippines. Lockforce ensures that the company will get all security services they are paying for and also ensure that the contract obligations are fulfilled through strict management, auditing, and reporting. Lockforce implements a system to ensure that the guard force is accountable to your business and the contract, and you are getting what you pay for. Lockforce’s Security Management ensures compliance with statutory Government requirements, SSS, PhilHealth and PAGIBIG payments, local area salary requirements, and the appropriate insurances.

The new guarding model in the Philippines in protecting your most valuable assets must be capability, accountability, and compliance!

Security is an essential service, so contact Lockforce today and allow us to provide you with the best security solution.
